The Security Hotline deals with reports of:
theft or misuse of company property, corruption, corporate fraud, and money laundering;
violations of the requirements of regulations and/or applicable laws in force;
of potential and/or actual conflicts of interest;
violations of industrial and occupational safety, environmental and occupational health requirements, and procurement procedures;
disclosure and misuse of confidential information and trade secrets;
giving bribes by employees and other persons acting in the interests of OTEKO to government officials, organizations performing regulatory functions, as well as to representatives of commercial organizations purchasing work and services from the company, etc;
non-performance (bad faith performance) of official duties by managers, abuse of authority, violation of the rights and interests of employees, extortion, unreasonable prohibitions;
facts of forced labor and discrimination at work.

A responsible and conscientious attitude to the work and activities of associate companies and people is a fundamental principle of OTEKO. The Company complies with legislation and adheres to generally accepted ethical norms and rules.
