Counterparties applying for participation in OTEKO’s procurement procedures, planned to result in concluding a contract for the amount of over 100 thousand rubles, must undergo an accreditation procedure for compliance with the minimum established requirements in terms of legal status, due diligence and business reputation.
Terms of accreditation — from 6 to 12 months, depending on the verification results.
Counterparties planning to participate in the procurement in a group of persons (several legal entities or individuals, representing one of the parties in the procurement) are accredited separately.

Documents for accreditation can be submitted both as part of the procurement (subject to the submission of documents for accreditation at the place of procurement by the deadline specified in the notice of procurement) and in advance (voluntary accreditation).
Priority is given to documents received for accreditation as part of the procurement.
Lack of accreditation is not an obstacle to the submission of applications for participation in the procurement, if the full package of documents for accreditation in time specified in the documentation of the procurement.
Documents for accreditation are accepted for review by e-mail akr@oteko.ru . Documents for accreditation conducted as part of the procurement shall be submitted by the deadline and to the address specified in the procurement documentation.
